1. Service

PodSphereaggregates publicly available podcast feeds and provides cross-device synchronization for listening progress, subscriptions and personal libraries. Audio content streams directly from the podcast creator's original source.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service: no automated scraping outside of public sitemap and RSS endpoints, no attempts to access another user's account, no submission of feed URLs that contain content violating copyright or international law.

3. Content responsibility

PodSphere is a discovery and playback platform. We do not host or produce podcast audio. Responsibility for content rests with the original creators identified in the RSS feed.

4. Service availability

The service is provided "as is" without availability guarantees. We strive to maintain stability and security to the extent possible.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion is irreversible and removes your personal data, history, playlists and subscriptions.
