Hi, my name is Carlotta Christine. Well, let's start with the truth. That's not my real name. It is my nom de plume, pen name, podcast persona. 

It honors my best friend Carlotta Monique and my mother Christine, two women who left this earth far too soon. They were and are two if the most influential people in my life. 

This podcast is about licking your wounds today, living to fight another day. It's about re-defining and defying the odds to rediscover your passion as you craft a new chapter of this sometime agonizing, but amazing thing we call life.
