A virtual safe space for young Black professionals to explore all things working while Black with an emphasis on what organizations can do to optimize the Black employee experience. Dr. A facilitates critical and thought-provoking conversations with the goal of validating, empowering, and elevating the voices of young Black professionals. She also brings voices straight from the culture to the conference room with an interactive segment called Dear Dr. A. Allies are welcomed! New episodes are released twice a month.
